Dana Ray

Dana Ray is currently the Chief People Officer at LaunchDarkly. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President, People at People.ai from January 2019 to April 2020. Before that, Dana was with Marin Software for over 7 years, serving as their Senior Vice President, Global Head of People. In this role, they were responsible for compensation, performance management and organization development for approximately 550 employees in 10 countries. Dana also has experience in benefits management and HRIS systems.

Dana Ray has a Bachelors of Science in Child Development from San Diego State University and a Masters in Organizational Development and Human Resources from the University of San Francisco.

They are on a team with Tim Wong - Chief of Staff, Jenna Bilotta - VP, Product Design, and Laurie Maclachlan - VP & GM, EMEA. Dana Ray reports to Edith Harbaugh, CEO & Co-Founder.
