Sara Scapinello

Sara Scapinello is the Global People and Organization Development Director at Lavazza Group, with experience since March 2014 focused on organization design, talent development, and performance management. Current initiatives include redesigning performance management processes and developing comprehensive programs like the Brand Academy. Previously, Sara held the position of Global Learning & Development and Internal Communications Director, overseeing internal communications and wellness initiatives while co-leading gender equality and inclusion efforts.
