Jessica Richheimer

Jessica Richheimer has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Jessica currently holds the position of VP, Operations at LAWFTY since February 2019. Prior to this, Jessica worked at Ropes & Gray LLP for a significant period from September 2008 to August 2018. During their time at Ropes & Gray LLP, they served as an Associate in the Government Enforcement Group, specializing in anti-corruption laws, state consumer protection statutes, anti-kickback laws, and FDA regulations. Jessica was involved in representing clients in civil and criminal matters, internal investigations, and provided counsel on e-discovery and review management. Notably, they worked on an independent investigation related to allegations of corruption in China on behalf of a global pharmaceutical company.

In 2016, Jessica joined TPG Global as Compliance Counsel. During their tenure, they worked on various topics within the Compliance Department, including anti-corruption, data privacy, and e-discovery. Their responsibilities involved developing/updating policies and procedures, advising on cybersecurity and data privacy matters, and managing internal information barriers. Jessica led initiatives such as revising anti-corruption and sanction policies, conducting risk-based background checks on vendors, and preparing the firm for the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Before joining TPG Global, Jessica worked as an Assistant District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorney's Office in 2013. As part of the "Partners in Prosecution" program, they represented the People of the State of New York in felony criminal prosecutions, handling cases ranging from weapon and drug possession to burglary and arson. Jessica also had the opportunity to try two felony criminal trials to verdict.

In 2007, Jessica gained experience as a Summer Associate at Armstrong Teasdale LLP.

Jessica Richheimer attended Edwardsville High School from 1997 to 2001. Jessica then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2001 to 2005. Following their undergraduate studies, they attended Washington University in St. Louis School of Law from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained their J.D. degree.
