Candice Cuthbertson

Candice Cuthbertson, MBA, currently serves as the Director HR Business Partner at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, where responsibilities include supporting the National Ignition Facility and Photon Science Program. With a diverse HR career spanning over a decade, previous roles include Senior Manager of Human Resources at CooperVision, Director of Human Resources Operations at Cepheid, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Electronic Arts, among others. Candice has extensive experience in HR leadership, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and employee relations, complemented by an MBA in Business/Marketing from Notre Dame de Namur University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from San José State University.
