Steve Grace is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in process improvement and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at NorthWind and an Executive Pastor at Redeemer’s Fellowship, Steve Grace also leads the Livermore Process Improvement Team at Lawrence Livermore National Security, focusing on cultivating process improvement initiatives and training future leaders. Steve Grace holds a Master of Science in Organization Development and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco, along with certifications in Lean Six Sigma as a Master Yellow Belt and Black Belt. Previous roles include various positions in process improvement, project management, and engineering, highlighting a strong commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement across diverse sectors.
