Right now, we're hiring a Engagement Staffing Manager to help with the recruitment and onboarding of our exclusive attorney network.
A critical member of the growth team, you will play a key role in supporting multiple aspects of the attorney recruiting process and ensuring a consistent, organized talent experience.
Manage multiple aspects of the attorney recruiting process, including sourcing, applicant screening, scheduling interviews, and overall management of targeted searches and outreach Identify talent through passive and active sources including postings, messaging on linkedin, referrals, and cold calling, including ATS, social media, and direct recruiting Thoughtfully weave together client needs with lawyer skills, taking into consideration personalities, career aspirations, and business environments Gauge and generate Lawtrades attorneys’ interest in relevant roles Manage interview process between clients and lawyers, including preparing clients and attorneys for interviews with each other Manage onboarding process of setting up a lawyer to begin billing with a client Collaborate closely with account management team and other internal stakeholders during talent engagement process, carefully managing expectations of everyone involved and communicating quickly on the status of the opportunity Serve as the initial point of contact with new attorneys by offering them a short introduction to our business model and attorney value proposition Maintain our recruiting database and prepare ongoing reports on various recruiting metrics

Experience: 2+ years of work experience within a big law firm, recruitment agency, or corporate in-house environment, inside sales experience, engagement fulfillment experience from a top-tier consulting firm, or other relevant experience Communication: You can clearly explain complex topics in person and in writing. Empathy: You understand how your customers succeed by stepping into their shoes and showing that you care. Speed: Deep sense of urgency, hunger, and drive/commitment to matching opportunities Problem Solver: You are adept at spotting issues, and quickly suggest elegant solutions Delight: You will brighten any customers day!
