Scott D. Hoffman

Scott D. Hoffman, age 56, has served as Chief Administrative Officer of Lazard Ltd and Lazard Group since July 2017, and has been General Counsel of Lazard Ltd since its formation in 2005, and its predecessor, Lazard Group, since 2001. Mr. Hoffman has served as a Managing Director of Lazard Group since January 1999, having served as a Director from January 1998 to December 1998. Mr. Hoffman was Assistant General Counsel from February 1994 until 2001. Prior to joining Lazard in 1994, Mr. Hoffman was an attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Mr. Hoffman is a member of the Board of Trustees of the New York University of Law and the Board of Directors of Film at Lincoln Center.
