Buse Ekal

Buse Ekal currently serves as the Cluster Planning and Product Manager at LC Waikiki since April 2019, focusing on women's categories for overseas regions including Russia, the Balkans, and the Middle East North Africa. Responsibilities include preparing special collections and evaluating general collections based on local customer needs and brand strategies. Prior experience includes roles as a Reference Merchandiser and International Store Merchandiser at Mustafa Nevzat İlaç, where Buse worked on a simplification and value stream mapping project. Additionally, internships at Systemair Türkiye and TOFAŞ Türk Otomobil Fabrikası A.Ş. provided experience in production optimization and marketing. Buse holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Kultur University and has served as Organizing Director at the university.
