Denis Khramov

Denis Khramov has extensive experience in the retail sector, currently serving as a Training and Development Specialist at LC Waikiki since March 2020, responsible for orienting new employees, assessing training needs, and designing development programs. Previously, Denis held roles as an E-Commerce Specialist focused on marketplace category management, managing website operations and CRM processes, and as a Store Commercial Manager, leading sales teams and overseeing stock management to meet commercial objectives. From January 2015 to September 2019, Denis worked as a Senior Store Manager, where responsibilities included implementing store plans, enhancing audit performance, and improving profitability and customer service.
