Elias Ayoub

Elias Ayoub, PharmD, is an experienced pharmacy professional currently serving as the VP of Specialty Pharmacy at LCMC Health since May 2022. Previously, Elias held the position of Director of Pharmacy at East Boston Neighborhood Health Center from February 2021 to July 2022 and at Memorial Healthcare from September 2019 to February 2021. Prior to these roles, Elias was the Director of Pharmacy Operations at Tri-Unity Infusion Services, where responsibilities included overseeing operations for a full-service specialty pharmacy. Elias's extensive career at RITE AID spanned over a decade, including roles as Pharmacy District Manager, Pharmacy Manager, Pharmacist, Pharmacy Intern, and Pharmacy Technician, demonstrating a progressive career path with a focus on pharmacy management, patient counseling, and operational efficiency. Elias earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Worcester State University.
