Israel Kislev began their work experience in 1999 as the VP Engineering and CTO at Gilat Satcom, where they led a team of 50 employees and managed the full service production infrastructure. Israel also created and managed a technology vision and roadmap, as well as collaborated on research projects with third parties. In 2007, they transitioned to the role of VP Sales/Business Development at Gilat Satcom, where they managed a team of four employees and was responsible for business development activities in EMEA, CIS, and APAC regions. Israel reported directly to the CEO and was a member of the Management board. Kislev focused on building and increasing the pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team, penetrating new regions, and establishing relationships with strategic accounts such as UN, governmental organizations, international carriers, and broadcast and cellular operators. Israel also played a role in M&A evaluation and process leading. In 2012, they joined Leadcom Integrated Solutions as the Sales/Business Development Head. Israel Kislev attended Tel Aviv University from 1989 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSC) degree in Electronics Engineering. Israel later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Bar-Ilan University, studying from 1996 to 1999.
