Shifa Nayazi

Shifa Nayazi is an experienced Product Manager at LeadSquared since July 2022, focusing on the development of the lending vertical, with significant contributions to features and integrations for KYC, onboarding, and regulatory use cases to enhance the loan process for banks. Prior to this role, Shifa served as a Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst at Vtiger CRM from July 2015 to June 2022, where responsibilities included analyzing business flows, creating use cases, and enabling data synchronization across multiple applications through REST APIs and web services. Shifa holds an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science from Maharaja Institute of Technology, along with pre-university and high school education from Sadvidya Composite PU College and St. Joseph's School, respectively.
