Ragini Das

Ragini Das is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, sales, and account management. As a Co-Founder of leap.club since January 2020, Ragini has played a pivotal role in creating a platform that connects top women from India and beyond. Prior to this, Ragini contributed to Zomato from December 2013 to December 2019, initially as a Key Accounts Manager and later in the Global Growth - Gold team, helping to expand the user base from zero to 2 million. Ragini’s career also includes key roles at Trident Group India, where effective account management for notable clients was demonstrated, and internships at Standard Chartered Bank and Aludecor Pvt. Ltd. Ragini holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lancaster University, completed in 2012.
