Vaibhav Singh, CFA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial services and education sectors. Currently serving as the Founder of Leap since October 2019, Vaibhav focuses on democratizing access to quality global education. Prior experience includes a role as Managing Director - Head of Product & Partnerships at InCred Financial Services, where Vaibhav contributed to simplifying credit solutions for Indian consumers and small businesses. Previously, as Vice President - Head of Business Development at Capital Float, Vaibhav played a key role in establishing one of India's leading fintech companies. Earlier career highlights include positions at Deutsche Bank in both Program Trading and Portfolio Transition Management. Academically, Vaibhav holds a BTech and MTech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, along with executive education from Columbia Business School and an online certification in Fintech from MIT.
