Colton Jang

Colton Jang is the COO and co-founder of LeapYear. Before founding LeapYear, Colton led a consulting firm which partnered with government agencies, large corporations, and non-profits to apply mathematics research to enhance their data strategy. Colton began his career at the Elmseed Enterprise Fund, serving as a consultant and director of client services.
