Yael Gilboa Kaufmann

Yael Gilboa Kaufmann is the Co-Founder and COO of Learn In. Yael has over seven years of experience in the finance and venture capital industries.

Yael started their career as a Finance Manager at Infogroup, a CCMP portfolio company. Yael then moved to CCMP Capital Advisors as a Private Equity Investor. During their time there, they sourced investment opportunities, led diligence on transactions, and advised portfolio companies.

In 2016, Yael was a Venture Capital Summer Associate at the Colorado Impact Fund. The following year, they joined DBL Partners as a Venture Capital Investor. At DBL, they sourced investment opportunities, led meetings with entrepreneurs, and prepared investment memos. Yael also spoke on panels and published thought leadership pieces.

In July 2018, Yael joined Grove as the Chief of Staff and Head of Operations & Partnerships. At Grove, they managed the operations team, pursued partnerships, launched new business initiatives, and helped shape product and go-to-market strategies. The company was acquired by Wealthfront in September 2019.

Yael has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Yael Gilboa Kaufmann attended Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology before receiving a Bachelor of Science from William & Mary in mathematics and finance with a concentration in entrepreneurship. Yael then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Their manager is David Blake, Co-Founder & Co-CEO. They work with Jonathan Woahn - Chief of Staff, Deeps Ramanathan - Chief Marketing Officer, and Scott Smith - CTO. Some individuals on their team include Allison Brust - Operations Manager, Michelle Vock - VP of Customer Success.
