Rowland Hills

Rowland is the COO for the Leathwaite globally, with responsibility for co-ordinating change and managing day to day operations of the firm.

Prior to joining Leathwaite in 2019, Rowland worked for 15 years with management consultancy Baringa Partners, both as a client facing Director and then running internal operations and directly supporting the Partners for the last four years.
