Capucine Lebon is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and communication. Currently serving as the Responsable des nouvelles activités et de la diversification at LEBON® Group since June 2025, Capucine previously held customer success management roles at Arjo and Brik.com, where responsibilities included client onboarding, product support development, and lifecycle management.
