Christopher Prasad

Christopher Prasad has a diverse background in IT management and support, currently serving as Service Desk Lead at Ledcor since January 2023, where expertise in ITIL and technical support is applied. Prior to this, Christopher held the position of IT Manager at APOLLO Insurance, overseeing corporate IT operations from October 2021 to November 2022. Experience as IT Operations Manager at Coreio Inc. involved focusing on employee engagement and coaching from October 2019 to October 2021. As Site Manager/Team Lead at Long View Systems, general coordination and oversight of operational activities for client support were managed from July 2018 to October 2019. Additionally, Christopher served as Assistant Manager of Service Delivery at CNC from October 2017 to July 2018, where coaching was a key responsibility. Education was completed at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT).
