Prof Charlotte Fletcher-Morgan

Prof Charlotte Fletcher-Morgan serves as the Deputy Dean and Associate Pro Vice Chancellor for Student Outcomes at Leeds Trinity University since August 2022, previously holding roles as Deputy Dean of Business, Computing and Digital Industries. At the University of Derby from January 2014 to April 2022, Charlotte Fletcher-Morgan was the Head of Criminology and Social Sciences and a Senior Lecturer in Criminology, focusing on youth justice and social exclusion. Prior experience includes a Senior Lecturer position in Youth Justice at Nottingham Trent University, where Charlotte Fletcher-Morgan contributed to the development of the BA in Youth Justice course, as well as roles as a Research Fellow, Case Manager, and Education Worker. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree from the University of Leeds, a Master's Degree in Academic Practice from Nottingham Trent University, and recognition as a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
