Mikhaela Amparo

Mikhaela Amparo has gained diverse work experience in various roles. Mikhaela recently joined Legal Aid Ontario as a Recruitment Specialist in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at York Region as a Recruitment Assistant, where they provided assistance to recruiters and HR consultants in recruitment activities and drafted job postings. Earlier in 2022, Mikhaela was a Talent Acquisition Assistant at Sheridan College, where they coordinated virtual interviews and screened resumes using an Applicant Tracking Software. Mikhaela also has experience as a Customer Service Representative at the City of Brampton, where they provided excellent customer service and trained new staff members. Mikhaela's work experience showcases their skills in recruitment, customer service, and talent acquisition.

Mikhaela Amparo began their education by pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Work and Labour Studies at York University from 2016 to 2021. Following their completion of the degree, they moved on to Sheridan College in 2021 to pursue a Certificate in Human Resource Management, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
