Pradeep Kumar

Pradeep Kumar is a seasoned QA professional with extensive experience in leading testing teams and developing comprehensive test plans across various organizations. Currently serving as QA Test Lead at Legal & General America since June 2019, Pradeep leads a team responsible for both automation and manual testing. Previous roles include QA Test Lead at State Street and Macmillan Learning, as well as Sr. Performance Engineer at IEE - Advancing Technology for humanity, where responsibilities involved crafting detailed test plans. Notably, Pradeep has significant experience from IBM Indian Pvt Ltd, where leadership encompassed managing a global team and overseeing application release testing. Pradeep holds a B-Tech in Computer Science and a Post Graduate Program in Data Science and Business Analytics from Texas McCombs School of Business.
