Ty Greenberg

Ty Greenberg is the Director of Underwriting Operations at Legalist, where he manages underwriting legal finance deals and plays a significant role in building Legalist’s industry-leading investment and underwriting processes.

Ty worked as a Senior Specialist at Kobre & Kim, an AmLaw 200 international financial litigation firm, where he focused on litigation involving digital assets and blockchain technology, internal investigations and regulatory enforcement matters, and international fraud cases. In that role, Ty led a team of highly specialized legal analysts, as well as spearheaded several cross-functional initiatives and special projects with firm-wide impact, to drive profitability as part of the management team at Kobre & Kim.

Ty is a graduate of Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service.
