Alison Erk

Alison Erk currently serves as the Associate Director of Graduate Student Career Development at Lehigh University, where responsibilities include providing career programming for over 1,400 graduate students, coaching through AI technology and various career platforms, and collaborating on professional development events. Previously, Alison held roles such as Education Specialist at Valley Youth House, where evidence-based student programming was facilitated, and served as an Elementary School Counselor at multiple institutions, managing student caseloads and creating initiatives for social and emotional development. Alison holds a Master of Education in Elementary School Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Communications, both from Lehigh University.
