Tara Bilton is an experienced compliance professional with a robust background in regulatory affairs and corporate governance. Currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer at Leica Biosystems since October 2018, Tara has previously held multiple roles within Smith & Nephew, including Compliance Director for Northern, Western & Eastern Europe, and Regional Compliance Officer for UKI.
