Marc Bosma

Marc Bosma is an experienced professional in interim management, project management, and consultancy, currently leading Marc Bosma Management & Advies since October 2018. As Institute Manager at Leiden University since January 2021, Bosma oversees operations at the Institute of Security and Global Affairs. Previous roles include Managing Director at TU Delft’s Campus The Hague and various leadership positions at TU Delft and Tilburg University, where responsibilities spanned across language and academic skills, technology policy, and entrepreneurship. Bosma began a career at the Staff Office of the Dutch Packaging Covenant as an assistant project leader, following a Master's degree in Public Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam and foundational education at Katholiek Gymnasium Rolduc.
