Edwin M Kilbourne

Edwin M Kilbourne, MD, is an accomplished public health expert currently serving as Chief Medical Officer and Vice President at Leidos, where responsibilities include directing the Public Health Business Area and managing the Atlanta office since December 2011. With extensive experience in epidemiology, Kilbourne held notable positions including Senior Subject Matter Expert at DTRA, Senior Partner at Martin, Blanck & Associates, and Director of Weapons Scientist Redirection in Iraq for the U.S. Department of State. Prior to these roles, a significant tenure at the Centers for Disease Control involved leadership in major epidemiological studies and initiatives, including the development of electronic journals and public health informatics.
