Erika Rutledge

Erika Rutledge is an experienced test and evaluation engineer currently employed at Peerless Technologies Corporation since January 2023. Prior to this role, Erika served as a mechanical engineering technologist at Sandia National Laboratories from September 2018 to January 2023, focusing on targets and countermeasures. Erika's career includes significant experience in the United States Air Force, where as a nuclear weapons team chief and technician from October 2013 to August 2018, operations were coordinated for the logistic transport of nuclear weapons. Earlier experience includes serving as a senior park aid for California State Parks from April 2009 to September 2013, where visitor relations and employee management were key responsibilities. Erika holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Social and Criminal Justice from Ashford University and two associate degrees, one in Nuclear Weapons Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force and another in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Cabrillo College.
