Walter Matkovich

Walter Matkovich is a seasoned project manager and senior analyst with extensive experience in the defense sector, currently serving in the role of Project Manager and Sr. Analyst for VA projects at Leidos since December 2011. Previous positions include task manager roles at SPAWAR and SAIC from January 2009 to November 2013, and over two decades in various capacities within the military, culminating as SFC in the South Carolina Army National Guard. Walter held positions as Battle NCOIC with the Army National Guard and worked as a financial analyst at Textron and AAI Services from November 2005 to January 2009. Leadership experience includes serving as CEO at YMCA from 1995 to 2000. Walter holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management with a minor in Accounting from Clemson University and an MBA from Charleston Southern University.
