Manohar Chadalavada is a seasoned professional in risk management and banking, currently serving as Chief Risk Officer at Lendingkart since June 2024. Previously, Manohar co-founded PB Holdings Limited, acting as Chief Operating Officer from July 2023 to June 2024, where strategic thinking and commercial banking were key focuses. Manohar's extensive experience at Standard Chartered Bank spanned over two decades, including roles as Managing Director and Global Head of AI, Ecosystems and Open Banking Group Digital, where strategic direction and AI industrialization were pivotal, as well as leading Retail Banking initiatives and driving risk transformation with a team of over 200 analysts. Additionally, Manohar has held various board member positions and undertaken multiple roles throughout the career.
