Phill Bane

Phill Bane is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and training within the homebuilding industry. Currently serving as Director of Training at Lennar since March 2014, Phill has also held the roles of Sales Manager and New Home Consultant at the same company. Prior to Lennar, Phill worked at LGI Homes, achieving recognition as the 6th top sales professional in the nation in 2012, and also served as a Sales Professional at InTown Homes and Pulte Homes, where accolade as Sales Professional of the Year was received in 2006. Phill Bane holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Stephen F. Austin State University, completed between 1996 and 2001.
