Karen Kobett Shaw

Karen Kobett Shaw has over 20 years of experience in IT sales and marketing, currently serving as the Business Solutions Lead Architect at Lennox International since April 2006. In this role, Karen designs solutions tailored to end user needs and oversees SAP ECC integration with Hybris, while managing project plans and mentoring team members. Previous positions include Senior Architect, Project Leader, and Business Analyst at Lennox International, as well as roles at Concord Solutions LLC and Dell, where Karen developed significant relationships with key stakeholders. Karen's early career included positions at IBM Global Services and Ericsson, focusing on SAP Sales & Distribution solutions. Karen holds a B.A. in Economics from Texas Tech University.
