Michael Palmer

Michael Palmer has over a decade of experience in project management and human resource information systems (HRIS). Currently serving as the HRIS & Analytics PMO Lead and HRIS Manager at Lenovo since March 2020, Michael oversees HRIS teams across Latin America, EMEA, and North America, supporting platforms including Workday, Avature, and Saba. Previously, at Deltek from September 2014 to March 2020, Michael managed multiple implementations and integrations for global consulting projects, handling large budgets and ensuring alignment with business transformation objectives. Earlier experience at CSC as a Consultant involved leading finance system transformations and supporting a global SAP implementation. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics with a focus in Accounting from Radford University.
