Dmitry Petrunin

Dmitry Petrunin has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Medical and Scientific Affairs Manager and acting Medical Director at LEO Pharma A/S since May 2016, where responsibilities include heading medical affairs, developing medical strategies, and managing global medical information for multiple products. Previously, Petrunin worked at Astellas Pharma Europe from June 2009 to May 2016, holding roles such as Spokesman/Lecturer, Business Development Manager, and Medical Advisor, where activities encompassed public and media engagement, scientific support, and business development for the Russia/CIS portfolio. Earlier in the career, Petrunin served as a Senior Medical Advisor and Medical Advisor at BIOCAD, focusing on clinical trials, pharmacovigilance, and medical education. Dmitry Petrunin holds a PhD in dermatovenereology and immunology from The Russian State Medical University, completed in 2006.
