Chris Wieseckel

Chris Wieseckel serves as the Head of Global Labour Relations & HR Compliance at LEONI since October 2014, overseeing communication and negotiation with works councils and unions, corporate agreements, and international labor relations. Wieseckel has extensive legal experience, including roles as a lawyer in various companies such as Wieland Electric, where responsibilities included labor law negotiations, administration of employment relationships, and representing employers in committee settings. Additional roles included serving as an honorary labor judge at the Nürnberg Labor Court and involvement in legal education for legal trainees. Wieseckel holds certifications in negotiation and labor law specialization, alongside law degrees from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and the Oberlandesgericht Nürnberg.
