Olena Lyakhovyn

Olena Lyakhovyn has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Hochschullehrerin (lecturer) at Staatliche pädagogische Iwan-Franko-Universität Drohobytsch from 2006 to 2015. Olena then worked as an Interpreter (German) at Leoni Wiring Systems UA GmbH from an undisclosed start date until May 2015. In 2015, they joined LEONI and began as a Recruiter until January 2017. Olena then progressed to the role of Head of Recruitment from February 2017 onwards. Finally, from March 2019, Olena held the position of Head of HR at LEONI.

Olena Lyakhovyn completed their Bachelor's degree in Germanistik (German and English) from the state pedagogical University of Drohobytsch in 2006. In 2016, they studied HR Management at UCU Business School (LvBS) for a year. Later, in 2018, Olena pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at UCU Business School (LvBS), which they completed in 2020.
