Prativa Samasi

Prativa Samasi has been working in the recruitment industry since 2015. Prativa began their career as an HR Recruiter at Mancer Consulting Services, where they were responsible for providing talent management solutions. In 2016, they moved to Headfield Solutions as an IT Consultant, where they specialized in IT recruitment of all levels. In 2017, they joined People360D as a Recruitment Consultant. In 2018, they moved to Skilliantech as an Account Manager, where they were experienced in Executive Search, leadership hiring, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Management, Team Management, and Benefits Negotiation. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Lera Technologies as an Information Technology Recruiter.

Prativa Samasi completed their High School from Ispat English Medium School in 2006, followed by Intermediate from Vikas Mahila Kalasala in 2007-2009. Prativa then completed their Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Civil Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha in 2009-2013. Finally, they completed their PGDM in HR from EMPI Business School in 2013-2015.
