Renata Cury Farha is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in concierge and guest relations roles. Currently serving as the 3rd Vice President of Les Clefs d'Or® International since April 2025, Renata has been with InterContinental São Paulo since September 2012, fulfilling various positions including Concierge and Guest Relations Coordinator, Concierge and Guest Relations Supervisor, and Chief Concierge. Previous experience includes serving as a Concierge at Hotel Unique in early 2012 and at Sofitel São Paulo from 2005 to 2012, where Renata also held a guest relations role at Sofitel São Paulo Ibirapuera from 2006 to 2009. Renata holds an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas (2012-2013) and a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from SENAC (2000-2004).
