Justin Piasecki

Justin R. Piasecki is a Managing Partner at Lev in their New York City headquarters. His area of expertise includes arranging First Mortgage Debt, Joint Venture Equity, Mezzanine and Preferred Equity financing, the sale of performing/non-performing loan portfolios and securing lines of credit for bridge lenders.

Prior to joining Lev, Mr. Piasecki was a Principal at Avison Young in the Debt, Joint Venture and Structured Capital Group, where he closed over $6 Billion in commercial real estate loans, during nine years with the firm. Before Avison Young, Mr. Piasecki was a Senior Vice President at The Carlton Group for five years, a global real estate investment banking firm, where he was a top producer and dealmaker.

Mr. Piasecki is a graduate of Rutgers University where he received a BS in Political Science and was a four-year letter winner on the men’s basketball team. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA), Rutgers University Men's Basketball Board of Advisors, Rutgers Business School Center for Real Estate Emerging Leaders Council and a New York Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
