Sammy Greenwall

Sammy Greenwall is a cofounder and head of strategy at Lev. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the underwriting, due diligence, and closing of all real estate transactions completed by Lev as well as hiring and product.

Prior to joining Lev, Sammy was a Capital Markets Associate at Toll Brothers, where his team financed $5B of JV equity, preferred equity, mezzanine debt, and senior construction debt for the firm’s multi family platform. Before working at Toll Brothers, Sammy spent time working in venture capital at Blumberg Capital and Tuesday Capital respectively.

He received his bachelors degree in Economics and Political Science from Swarthmore College.
