Yair Nazarian

Yair Nazarian leads lender relationships at Lev.

Prior to joining Lev, Mr. Nazarian was managing member of Barcan Capital, a real estate investment company targeting multi-family and mixed-use real estate investment opportunities in the New York metropolitan area.

Yair also spent 3 years at Macquarie Real Estate Investments (MREI), a division of Macquarie Group’s investment banking arm. At MREI, he assisted in placing over $1 billion of capital for domestic real estate companies. In this capacity, Yair was also responsible for assessing and managing MREI’s investments in various real estate platforms and properties.

Yair has a former background in software development and received his B.S. in Finance from Binghamton University, graduating sum cum laude.
