Kathleen Harris

Kathleen Harris is a seasoned professional in human resources and benefits management, currently serving as the Head of People at Level since August 2022. Kathleen is also the Founder of Cornfield Point Consulting, LLC, a role held since February 2020. Prior experience includes over a decade at Time Warner Inc., where Kathleen held various titles including Vice President Benefits and Executive Director Benefits. Earlier roles as a Health and Welfare Consultant were completed at Watson Wyatt and Towers Perrin. Kathleen earned a Master of Public Health degree from Yale University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Indiana University Bloomington.
