Mike DiDonato

Mike DiDonato is currently the Head of Success at Levels Health. Prior to this, they worked as a Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo from August 2010 to July 2019. Mike also interned on Capitol Hill for Congress from August 2008 to January 2009.

Mike's experience in investment banking began when they intensively trained at the Investment Banking Institute from September 2011 to December 2011. There, they focused on financial statement analysis, valuation methodologies, and financial modeling. Mike was able to "normalize" and "spread" historical and projected financial statements, including in-depth analyses of operational and leverage ratios. Mike also performed company valuations utilizing comparable public company analysis, precedent transactions analysis, and discounted cash flow analysis. In addition, Mike built a fully integrated cash flow model, including 5-year projections, debt and interest schedules, revolver modeling, and sensitivity tables. Mike modeled leveraged buy-out and merger scenarios, with emphasis on sources and uses, pro forma financial statements, purchase price considerations, synergies, accretion/dilution, and ratio analyses, among other concepts. Mike's experience also includes pitching, debt and equity financing, and sell-side M&A processes.

Mike DiDonato has a B.S. in Financial Modeling and Valuation from the Investment Banking Institute, as well as a B.S. in Business administration with a Finance and Marketing Concentration from The Catholic University of America. Mike also has certification from - in Series 63 and 7 licenses.
