Jen Martin

Jen Martin is currently an Advisor at Levelset, a Procore Company. Jen was previously the Senior Manager of Shared Services, Corporate Credit & Collections at TopBuild. In this role, they led and designed a shared service model to support TopBuild's $4 Billion AR Portfolio in support of industry leading installation and distribution businesses: TruTeam, Service Partners and Distribution International. Jen increased visibility and performance of the process through the implementation of new systems, tools and automation while creating a culture of accountability.

Jen has also been an Official Member of the Credit & Industry Advisory Board at Levelset. In this role, they provided guidance and advice on credit and industry issues to the Levelset team.

Jen has a proven track record in successfully managing large portfolios, implementing new systems and processes, and promoting sales while meeting cash flow targets and mitigating delinquent receivables. Jen is an expert in Sarbanes Oxley compliance and related control activities, as well as CECL bad debt calculation. Jen is highly respected in their field and has leveraged their relationships to promote process efficiency and automation at High Radius, Experian, NACM, & Levelset.

Jen Martin has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Regis University.
