With a tenured background in employee experience and 20+ years in Marketing, Keshila has a long track record of building-integrated stories that capture the customers’ voice, campaigns that generate pipeline, and building and supporting team members of varied experience and contribution.

Allie Kelly serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Employ Inc., where she oversees the shared services marketing organization for the JazzHR, Lever, Jobvite, and NXTThing brands. As a customer-centric marketing leader with core strengths in transformational change and growth-stage leadership, Allie has spent the last 19 years driving scalable, sustainable growth for B2B and B2C companies Prior to her current role, she served as Chief Marketing Officer of JazzHR. Allie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Nate leads [Lever](/org/lever) in our mission to offer talent leaders the reach of a marketing leader, the forecast of a sales leader, and the insight of a finance leader in a unified TRM platform. He’s passionate about enterprise software’s potential for business transformation, user experience, and human connection. Prior to [Lever](/org/lever), Nate was a product manager on Google Analytics and the Google Search team. He led the first major redesign of Google’s image search UI, which launched in July 2010. Nate received a degree in electrical and computer engineering from Olin College, at which he was a member of the school’s second ever graduating class.

Lori Ellsworth leads the product and design teams at Lever. She brings her track record in leading passionate people to solve challenging business problems using a customer-centric approach. Lori has been delivering customer value for over 30 years in both product leadership and general management roles, most recently as Vice President, Product Management at FinancialForce.Lori earned her MBA at the Schulich School of Business York University in Toronto, as well as a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.

Tom Beecher is the SVP of Engineering at [Lever](/org/lever). Tom has over 25 years of experience in the software engineering field. Tom has held various positions at different companies, including [Blackboard](/org/blackboard), [Saba](/org/saba-es), OneSource Information Services, Newmarket International, Avid, Hewlett Packard Apollo, and Compaq Computer Corporation. Tom's experience and expertise has helped him become a well-respected leader in the software engineering industry.

Rob leads [Lever](/org/lever)’s global sales team, where he focuses his passion for recruiting and developing high-performance enterprise sales talent. Prior to joining [Lever](/org/lever), Rob was Vice President, Software and Services Sales at NetSuite, where he successfully built a sales organization that aggressively scaled up-market, ultimately delivering more than $50M in annual new business bookings. Rob has been leading sales teams for over 12 years, and in addition to NetSuite has led teams at Percolate, SAP and Business Objects. Rob earned his MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, as well as his Bachelor of Engineering from Queen’s University in Canada.

Pete Lamson serves as Chief Executive Officer of Employ Inc.. He is responsible for strategic direction across the JazzHR, Lever, Jobvite, and NXTThing brands, aggregate performance of Employ, and day-to-day business operations. Pete is a results-oriented executive with more than 30 years of strategic leadership experience and a metrics-driven approach to accelerated revenue. He previously served as CEO of JazzHR, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree from Middlebury College.

Jess leads the sales and the sales development team at [Lever](/org/lever). She brings 10+ years of personalized software sales and leadership experience, by way of Bullhorn, ToutApp and Marketo. At [Lever](/org/lever), she continues to cultivate a sales culture that is both deeply empathetic and delivers results that demonstrate her team is empowered to create a valuable experience for the companies we engage with. Jess is a wife, mother and New Jersey native, who comes from a family of sales professionals. She attended the [University of Connecticut](/org/university-of-connecticut) and specialized in Professional Selling.
