Molly Stair

Molly Stair is the Director of Systems and Technology at Levy Restaurants, where they have demonstrated a strong background in the hospitality industry since 2025. They previously held various roles, including Assistant Director of Operations at M&T Bank Stadium and Global Events Coordinator at Under Armour. With expertise in Management, Recruiting, and Culinary Skills, Molly has also served as Director of Concessions at multiple high-profile venues, such as Mercedes-Benz Stadium and Footprint Center Arena. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Penn State University.
