Antonio Guirola's practice is focused on corporate, commercial, notarial, corporate matters, in which he has worked as Associate Lawyer and legal advisor for several local and foreign companies, among which are: Ventus, Productive Business solutions El Salvador, Grupo Monge, AT&T, Sony, among others.

In his career as a lawyer for Lexincorp he has been responsible for the negotiation, structuring and execution coordination of various international transactions. Likewise, its development in the Corporate department consists mainly of assisting national and international companies in their incorporation and the legal development of their operations in the country. Currently, Antonio advises internationally recognized companies in local and international projects, with special emphasis on: Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Administrative Law, Distribution Contracts, Renewable Energies, Tax Incentives, Banking Law, M&A, Customs Law, among others.
