Allison Dubois

Allison DuBois is a seasoned Senior Executive Recruiter specializing in Legal and Compliance at LHH since March 2012, where the focus is on connecting talent solutions to support organizations and individuals throughout their career journeys. Previously, Allison served as Chair Elect of the Young Lawyer's Section and Ex-Officio Trustee at the Cincinnati Bar Association from April 2017 to May 2018, promoting the interests and education of young lawyers. Early legal experience includes roles as an Attorney at a Small Civil Litigation Firm from October 2011 to March 2012, Limited License Attorney at the Ohio Justice and Policy Center supporting the Indigent Defense Clinic from August 2009 to May 2010, and Scripps Howard Fellow at the Legal Aid Society from May 2009 to August 2009. Allison holds a Juris Doctor from Northern Kentucky University—Salmon P. Chase College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Law from the University of Kentucky.
