Peter Vermeulen

Peter Vermeulen is an experienced executive coach, HR strategic advisor, and fractional CHRO with a diverse background in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as an Executive Coach and HR Strategic Consultant at Terra Umana since August 2022, Peter specializes in areas such as Total Rewards, Executive Compensation, Talent Management, and Diversity & Inclusion. As a Senior Advisor at LHH since January 2019, Peter supports CEOs and senior executives in transition. Previously, Peter held the role of Chief People Officer at TeleSign, where significant contributions included cultural transformation and talent acquisition. With a strong history at organizations like Amazon, Johnson & Johnson, and The Linde Group, Peter has developed and implemented strategic HR initiatives that have positively impacted employee engagement and organizational performance. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Business & Economics from KU Leuven and a Master's Degree in European Studies from the University of Strasbourg. An accomplished author, Peter has also contributed to the academic field as an adjunct professor at IE Business School.
