Yvonne Robles

Yvonne Robles, MBA, is a seasoned professional in career coaching and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Talent Management, Career Transition & Leadership Development Consultant at Lee Hecht Harrison since July 2016. In addition to this role, Yvonne is a Professor in the Division of Continuing Education and Professional Studies at the Universidad de Puerto Rico, where workshops on Human Resources are designed and facilitated. Since January 2018, Yvonne has also operated as a Human Resources Business Consultant through Y Consulting, delivering tailored consulting services. Prior experience includes a decade-long tenure at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where various roles encompassed talent management, employee relations, and compliance. Academic qualifications include an MBA and dual Bachelor's degrees in Human Resources Management and Marketing from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
